Background: Who Is Regan Hutsell?
Regan Elizabeth Hutsell is an American dancer and pageant titleholder born on December 12, 2000, in Houston, Texas. Before pageantry, she spent over two decades building a serious professional dance résumé. She started dancing at age four, trained at the Feijoo Ballet School in Texas, and by 18 had joined the world-famous Radio City Rockettes for their 2019 season.
In 2021, Hutsell joined the Birmingham Royal Ballet in the United Kingdom, one of the most respected touring ballet companies internationally, and she also spent time with Ballet Rhode Island. Along the way she picked up two gold medals in classical and contemporary dance, at Dance Open America in 2021 and the American Ballet Competition in 2019, and she was a four-time finalist at the Youth America Grand Prix.
